Three Ways to Get Involved
A wealth manager holds a special role in the lives of people. Finances have the ability to provide security and enable generosity, but they can also create division and engender stress in relationships. A wealth manager - and all those involved in capital management - often hold a role not only as advisor, but as coach, mentor, counselor and friend. When a significant life event happens, the wealth manager is one of the first people to be called upon to help.
The Wealth Management Forum is the single annual event that aims to support the role of the wealth manager. We believe grounded wealth managers who maintain a strong moral compass and who are themselves on a faith journey are a bedrock to our society. This event strives to build up, encourage and network wealth managers together for this important role.

Join a Marketplace Leadership Group
Cru Chicago believes no marketplace leader should go through life alone. We aim to connect marketplace leaders to each other and - together - we explore our faith in God and how we can lead better at home, in the workplace, and throughout our communities.
Meetings amongst marketplace leaders take place weekly in over 10 locations around the Chicago area. We also work to connect leaders to other like-minded groups that share the same philosophy that good leaders should never lead from an island.
What to expect in a Marketplace Leadership Group
Each leadership group has a unique DNA based on its leader and its members. Group size ranges from 8 to 40, and most meet weekly on weekday mornings.
Across all groups, we strive to teach sound leadership based on the biblical principles, but participants need not have any prior Bible knowledge whatsoever. These groups dig deep into life issues, personal challenges and its more the norm for group members to develop lasting friendships outside of the group.
If you are in the marketplace and you desire to grow in your faith, we urge you to be connected to others who desire the same thing, whether it is in one of our groups or another.
Ways we serve
Whenever one grows in their faith in God, a natural result is a desire to serve others, the community and even those around the world. Listed below is a list of organizations that our members are involved in, giving their time, talents and resources to help grow. In our groups,we take the time to learn about our members' passion and how they make a difference in the world we live in.
This list is growing, and is updated with increased awareness and involvement.
